Refund policy
ONLINE ORDER RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All online purchases are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund to the original form of payment on eligible transactions.
Please note that refunds will take 1-3 business days to reflect on your billing statement after you have received your refund email notification.
Store Credit, Refunds, or Exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery/arrival to order shipping address, or selected in store pickup location.
All qualifying items must be unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition to be eligible for return. Returns that do not pass sanitary requirements will be returned to you, the customer. Swimwear returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee.
ALL SALES FINAL on sale/promotional items, undergarments, pet accessories, bodysuits, stickers, hair claws, ceramics and fragrances.
RETURNS BY MAIL
All Returns via mail must be approved prior to returning items
- Email info@fightingeel.com for authorization with your name, item(s) you wish to return, and order number
- Upon approval, the mailing address will be provided to send requested items back to
- Fighting Eel is not responsible for lost/stolen packages
- Customers are responsible for all shipping costs of returns

Any qualifying merchandise can be returned in store for store credit, exchange or refund within 14 days of arrival of order to store (Your Order is Fulfilled Email Notification) with your physical Online Order Invoice present at time of return. Eligibility Return Date is stamped on your physical invoice.
