SHIPPING & RETURN POLICIES
IN-STORE POLICY: In store purchases are not eligible for refunds and will be exchanged for store credit only on eligible items. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Store credit will be issued onto a physical gift card that can only be used at Fighting Eel Retail Locations. Receipt or Gift Receipt MUST be present at time of return.
WEB PURCHASE POLICY: All web purchases are eligible for store credit, exchange, or refund to the original form of payment on eligible transactions. Refunds will take 1-3 business days to reflect on your billing statement after you have received your refund email notification. All web swimwear returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee, and must be returned in original packaging. Returns that do not pass sanitary requirements will be returned to the customer.
**ALL SALES FINAL on sale/promotional items, holiday wear, undergarments, bodysuits, stickers, hair claws, ceramics, fragrances, bag charms, stationery, and shoe charms. Store credit or exchange only for Active by Teal purchases.**
Store credit, refunds, or exchanges must be made within 14 days of delivery/arrival to shipping address or selected in-store pickup location–the eligibility return date is stamped on your physical invoice. All qualifying item(s) must be unaltered, unwashed, with tags attached, and in original condition to be eligible for return. All sales are final on discounted merchandise and selected accessories. No price adjustments on previous purchases. Refunds do not include shipping and handling fees from the original order.
*In-Store Pick-up Orders: All orders not picked up within 7 days of your pick-up notification will be updated to be shipped at a cost to you. To avoid additional charges to your order, please pick-up your items in a timely manner.*
