How to shop with us:
There will be two lines, one for regular booth shopping and one for quick pickups! Each with its own set of stanchions for organized queues. While you wait, we’ll be handing out booth entry tickets so you’re all set to shop the moment you step inside!
Payments: All major credit cards and cash will be accepted.
NO ASB Promos. NO Gift Cards. NO Loyalty Points.
Dressing Rooms: There will be no dressing rooms. We'll have large mirrors within the space; we encourage you to wear an outfit suitable for trying clothes over.

*Tickets for Sat 8/22 & Sun 8/23 will be sold by time slots. Be sure to choose the correct time slot for your estimated arrival. Once inside, there is no time limit for how long you can stay at the festival.
NEW THIS YEAR: PRIORITY PASS + SHUTTLE
Plan ahead for Saturday and Sunday transportation with the new Priority Pass + Shuttle.
Priority Passes are available by advance purchase only and include:
• Round-trip shuttle transportation from Kaimukī High School or the Stan Sheriff Center area
• Expedited entry through the dedicated Priority Pass lane at the Hawai‘i Convention Center
Priority Passes are $6 per person, per day which can be bundled with your online ticket purchase.
Partner parking rates:
Kaimukī High School: $5 per vehicle, cash only
Stan Sheriff Center Parking Lot: $10 per vehicle, card only
**parking rates are NOT included with your parking pass and must be paid separately.
Parking and shuttle capacity are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis. A Priority Pass does not guarantee a parking stall. Participation can only be made in-advance! Guests should schedule and purchase their Priority Passes online as passes will not be sold onsite.
Attendees may also use rideshare, arrange to be dropped off or find other available parking nearby.
Bus Routes to the Hawai'i Convention Center
Honolulu’s “The Bus” system provides convenient access to and from the Hawaiʻi Convention Center. For information, call (808) 848-5555 or visit thebus.org.
Parking
We highly encourage attendees to this year’s festival on Sat & Sun rideshare, get dropped off, find available parking nearby or visit our new paid partner parking lots at Kaimuki High School $5 and Stan Sheriff Center $10.
Guests who park at Kaimuki High and Stan Sheriff will have access to a Priority Pass Shuttle Service to the Convention Center for $5.
Priority Pass recipients will have expedited entry into the festival.
Folks who use the Holoholo Mobility rideshare app can use promo code: made15 for $15 off their ride.

How can I find the Fighting Eel booth?
You can find us at booth #S-001. When entering the Convention Center through the Central Pacific Bank entrance doors, we are directly to the far left side.
How will the Fighting Eel booth lines work?
There will be two separate lines: one for Booth Shoppers and one for Quick Pick Window Shoppers, each with its own designated area for organized queues.
To ensure a smooth and organized shopping experience, shopping pass tickets will be given to each customer who wishes to enter the booth. Tickets will be given once customers are in line. This system is designed to help alleviate line confusion and prevent overcrowding. Each customer must have a ticket in order to access the booth. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to make the booth experience enjoyable and efficient for everyone.
What forms of payment will be accepted at the Fighting Eel booth?
We accept all major credit cards and cash at the event.

Can I try on clothes before I buy?
There won’t be any dressing rooms available, but large mirrors will be set up within our booth for your convenience. If trying on clothing, we highly recommend you wear an outfit suitable for trying clothes over.
If trying on clothes, please be mindful of others around you and be sure to watch your belongings. We are not liable for lost or stolen items if left unattended.
How does the express “Quick Pickup” checkout window work?

HERE’S HOW IT WORKS:
Express order forms can be downloaded and printed ahead of time and will also be available at our booth.
Please have your completed form ready before you arrive at our Quick Pick window. If your form isn’t ready, you may be asked to step aside and rejoin the end of the line once it’s complete. For the best and most streamlined experience, be as specific as possible by including:
- Product name
- Print and color-way
- Size
- Quantity

The Quick Pick Shopping Experience is designed for fast and simple transactions. If you’re confident in what you’d like to purchase and don’t require additional assistance, this is the perfect option for you. However, if you’re unsure about sizing, have questions, or need help with your selections, we kindly recommend using the in-booth Experience for more personalized support.

Gift with Purchase details
We’ll be giving away a special gift with purchase on each day of the Made in Hawaii Festival to the first 200 qualifying customers that spend $200 or more at the Fighting Eel booth. GWP bags are limited to one per person/per day and will be given at checkout once purchase requirements are met. Available while supplies last.
The FREE GWP will be handed out equally between lines–100 for in-booth shoppers and 100 for the Quick Pick window. The giveaway starts when the festival opens and will NOT be available during special wholesale hours.
On Saturday & Sunday ONLY: After the first 200 GWP bags are gone, the exclusive MIH Shopper will be available for $20 with purchases over $200 (limit one per customer). While supplies last.

Are there any items not allowed inside the booth?
Yes. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask that the following items be left outside before entering: strollers, carts, food, and drinks.
What’s your Made in Hawaii Return Policy?
Clothing: We will offer SIZE EXCHANGES ONLY for the same product if stock is available.
All other products: ALL SALES FINAL. No store credit or refunds.
Can we buy Made in Hawaii products online?
The products featured in our lookbook are exclusive pieces curated especially for the Made in Hawaii Festival and will only be available at our booth during the event. Any remaining inventory will be distributed between our stores and website after the festival. Stay tuned to our Instagram after Made in Hawaii for updates on what’s still available!
