Gift with Purchase distribution and details

After the giveaway, the MIH Shopper will be available for $20 with purchases over $150 (limit two per customer).

While supplies last, 100 free bags will be given to the first 100 qualifying purchases, 50 for in-booth shoppers and 50 for the Quick Pick window line. The giveaway starts when the festival opens and will not be available during wholesale hour.

How will the lines and shopping passes work?

There will be two separate lines, one for Booth Shoppers and one for Quick Pick Shoppers, each with its own designated area for organized queues. 

To ensure a smooth and organized shopping experience, shopping pass tickets will be given to each customer who wishes to enter the booth. Tickets will be given once customers are in line. This system is designed to help alleviate line confusion and prevent overcrowding. Each customer must have a ticket in order to access the booth. We appreciate your cooperation as we work to make the booth experience enjoyable and efficient for everyone.

How to properly fill out the quick pick form

Please have your completed form ready before you arrive at our window. If your form isn’t ready, you may be asked to step aside and rejoin the end of the line once it’s complete. For the best and most streamlined experience, be as specific as possible by including:

  1. Product name
  2. Print and color-way
  3. Size
  4. Quantity

The Quick Pick Shopping Experience is designed for fast and simple transactions. If you’re confident in what you’d like to purchase and don’t require additional assistance, this is the perfect option for you. However, if you’re unsure about sizing, have questions, or need help with your selections, we kindly recommend using the In-Booth Experience for more personalized support.

What is the Convention line up policy?

Once our booth stanchions are at maximum capacity, the overflow line will extend along the perimeter of the convention wall until it reaches the entrance door. Per Convention Center policy, we must then temporarily close the queue and turn away arriving shoppers until more space is available.

This policy is in place for the safety and convenience of both our customers and other festival attendees.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and truly appreciate your patience as we work to make the experience safe and enjoyable for everyone.

Are there any items not allowed inside the booth?

Yes. For everyone’s safety and comfort, we kindly ask that the following items be left outside before entering: strollers, carts, food, and drinks.

Clothing – Size exchanges ONLY for the same product if stock is available. All other products: ALL SALES FINAL. No store credit.

Can we buy MIH products online?

The products featured in our lookbook are exclusive pieces curated especially for the Made in Hawaii Festival and will only be available at our booth during the event. Any remaining inventory will be distributed between our stores and website after the festival. Stay tuned to our Instagram after Made in Hawaii for updates on what’s still available!
